Returns & Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags intact, and in the same condition as received.

3. Returns Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package to ensure its safe return to RusticBones.com.

4. Refund or Exchange:
