  • Materials and finishes may differ slightly

These are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for:

  • Payment issues

  • Product availability

If canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout before processing.

5. Shipping

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, though some products (especially print-on-demand) may take longer.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Any customs fees or import taxes

Rusticbones is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses or customs

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We only offer replacements if:

  • The wrong item was received, or

  • The item arrived damaged (photo proof required within 5 days)

We do not cover:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color or print variations

  • Shipping delays

7. Print-on-Demand Disclaimer

Some items are made through third-party production partners.

Because they are made to order:

  • Processing times may vary

  • Items may ship separately

  • Slight variations may occur

All print-on-demand items are final sale unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All content on this website—including photography, artwork, designs, branding, text, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of Rusticbones and is protected by copyright law.

If you are found using Rusticbones content without permission, we reserve the right to:

10. Licensing & Usage Rights

Purchasing a physical product does not grant ownership of the artwork or any usage rights.

If you wish to:

  • Use an image for commercial purposes

  • License artwork for a brand, publication, or product

  • Use content in marketing, media, or online platforms

You must obtain written permission and a licensing agreement from Rusticbones.

Unauthorized commercial use will be subject to retroactive licensing fees and/or legal action.

11. Influencer, Collaboration & Brand Work Clause

Any collaborations, gifted items, or brand partnerships associated with Rusticbones are subject to separate agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Rusticbones retains full creative control over content

  • All content created remains the intellectual property of Rusticbones

  • Brands may not reuse, repurpose, or run ads using content without explicit written permission or paid usage rights

Unauthorized use of content for advertising, whitelisting, or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rusticbones shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses related to website use or purchased products

All products are provided “as is” without warranties, unless required by law.
